PUBG Mobile 4.5 Update to Bring Naruto-Themed Locations to Erangel

A major Version 4.5 update has been announced for PUBG Mobile, with its headline feature being a crossover with the iconic anime series Naruto Shippuden. The collaboration will introduce famous locations from the Naruto universe to the classic Erangel map, while players will also gain access to unique ninja abilities during matches.

The new themed zones are expected to significantly alter gameplay. They are likely to become the most popular drop spots at the start of matches, offering exclusive rewards, special activities, and unique gameplay experiences.

The biggest geographical change to Erangel will be the complete replacement of the well-known Severny location with the Hidden Leaf Village — Konoha. Developers have entirely redesigned the area, giving it an authentic appearance inspired by the anime.

The revamped Konoha location will feature:

• architecture and buildings fully recreated from the Hidden Leaf Village;
• numerous rooftops and elevated positions for combat;
• exclusive themed loot;
• street layouts designed for intense close-range battles.

All changes will become available immediately following the official release of the PUBG Mobile 4.5 patch on July 9.

As a reminder, Diablo 4 will receive Overwatch-themed skins.
