The developers of VALORANT have temporarily disabled the map Breeze following player reports of a technical issue near the entrance to the A Main site. The map will remain completely unavailable for one week and is scheduled to return to the map pool on June 9 alongside the release of Patch 12.11.
The bug removed a physical barrier near a set of boxes on the site, giving defenders a significant advantage. Because of the issue, the abilities of several agents — including Reyna’s flashes, Sova’s drone, Vyse’s Arc Rose, Killjoy’s turret and Alarmbot, as well as abilities from Raze, Fade, and Gekko — could reveal or affect opponents while completely ignoring the intended obstacle.
The removal of Breeze continues a recent streak of technical problems in VALORANT that previously forced Riot Games to temporarily disable agents Neon and Cypher. The game's balance and development teams are currently working to resolve these issues.
As a reminder, Team Falcons will compete in the playoffs of BLAST SLAM VII with SumaiL standing in due to visa issues affecting one of the team's players.
