Ahead of the Champions Shanghai tournament, which kicks off on September 24, 2026, a new exclusive collection titled "Frag or Die" is set to arrive in VALORANT. The bundle is expected to hit the in-game store around September 22–23. The collection will be available only for a limited time during the tournament and will not return to the regular store or the Night Market after the event ends.
The total bundle cost is expected to be around 6,100–6,600 VP (approximately $65–70), though official pricing has not yet been confirmed by Riot Games.
The centerpiece of the collection is the Champions 2026 Phantom, featuring a unique visual adaptation system based on the player's side in the match:
In addition to side-switching visuals, the Phantom includes the Champion's Aura (an effect activated when topping the leaderboard), custom kill effects, unique animations, sound design, and a dedicated finisher.
The second main item is the Champions 2026 Melee, inspired by a traditional Chinese folding fan. In combat, the weapon transforms from a folding fan into a reverse-grip knife. The fan's design also changes according to the active side: white and gold for defense, and black and gold with red details for attack. The melee features multiple upgrade levels with additional animations and visual effects.

Players can purchase the collection in the VALORANT in-game store using VP. Points can be topped up directly through the game client at standard rates or via third-party platforms (such as TOPUPlive), which offer discounts of up to 39% depending on the region.
