There are 19 CRTV Signals to discover in Silent Hill Townfall. They can be found throughout the story and while exploring different buildings. Below is every signal listed in order of appearance, allowing you to collect them all and unlock the corresponding trophy as you work toward the platinum.
CRTV Signal #1: Room 204
While inside the hotel room, turn on the CRTV. The first signal can be tuned to around 50%.
CRTV Signal #2: Room 204
Still inside the hotel room, open the CRTV again. The second signal is located at around 60%.
CRTV Signal #3: Shorefront South
After the opening credits, turn on the CRTV. The required channel can be found at around 45%.
CRTV Signal #4: Shorefront South
After solving the Human Organ Box puzzle in Zoe's House, open the CRTV and tune it to around 15%.
CRTV Signal #5: Pharmacy, Shorefront South
Enter the Pharmacy and check the desk in the back room. There you will find a CRTV Signal that needs to be aligned using your controller.
CRTV Signal #6: Shorefront South
After Simon leaves the Clinic, open the CRTV. The Signal can be found at around 65%.
CRTV Signal #7: Shorefront North
After opening Richard's Gift, you will enter the Otherworld. Travel to Shorefront North and enter the second floor of the apartments. There you will find a CRTV that needs to be aligned.
CRTV Signal #8: Medical Center, Different
At the beginning of Simon's section, climb down the ladder and squeeze through the gap on your way to the main route. A CRTV can be found on a nearby table and needs to be aligned.
CRTV Signal #9: Newsagents, Clara Woods Estate
A newsagent can be found opposite the entrance sign to Clara Woods Estate. Enter the shop to find a CRTV box inside.
CRTV Signal #10: Atlas Way, Clara Woods Estate
Head east from Atlas Way toward the Strange Gate. After interacting with it, you can tune the CRTV to around 60%.
CRTV Signal #11: CEG Staff Parking, Clara Woods Estate
Travel north from Atlas Way toward Prosperity Way and enter the CEG Staff Parking area. The next CRTV Signal can be found at around 65%.
CRTV Signal #12: 5 South Brae, Clara Woods Estate
Make your way to 5 South Brae. In the living room, check the shelf beside the TV to find a CRTV box that needs to be aligned.
CRTV Signal #13: CEG Lockers, Clara Woods Estate
Once you open Locker 17, the time of day will change and a new CRTV channel will become available. Tune it to around 60%.
CRTV Signal #14: 5 Upper Brae, Clara Woods Estate
After completing the tape puzzle at 5 Upper Brae, look for the CRTV Signal and tune it to around 30%.
CRTV Signal #15: Clara Woods Estate
After collecting all three Mechanical Parts from 5 South Brae, 5 Upper Brae, and 6 North Brae, another CRTV Signal becomes available at around 65%.
CRTV Signal #16: CEG Tower, Clara Woods Estate
Enter the Security Room and check the table next to the computer. The CRTV box can be found there.
CRTV Signal #17: CEG HQ, Different
When you reach the «FIX THIS» puzzle, look to the right to find a table with a CRTV box.
CRTV Signal #18: CEG HQ, Different
Cross through the first set of pipes until you reach a ladder. Do not climb down it. Instead, search the room to find the CRTV box.
CRTV Signal #19: SWDP, Different
As part of the main objective, take the elevator down and use the JOE Key in the JOE room. Then squeeze through the gap in the wall. The final CRTV box is waiting on the bed.
