LEGO and Nintendo have announced a new building set based on The Legend of Zelda. Officially titled The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time: Link & Epona, the set recreates adult Link riding his trusted horse Epona from the classic Ocarina of Time.

The set is scheduled to launch in spring 2027 and will include 1,750 pieces, placing it between the previous two LEGO sets based on The Legend of Zelda in terms of size.

The first set was the Great Deku Tree, released in September 2024 with 2,500 pieces. It was a 2-in-1 set that allowed builders to recreate either the Great Deku Tree from Ocarina of Time or its version from Breath of the Wild.

Earlier in 2026, LEGO released Ocarina of Time: The Final Battle, which recreates Link’s climactic fight against Ganon. The set contains 1,003 pieces and costs $129.99 / £99.99, suggesting that the upcoming Link & Epona set could be more expensive.

The Great Deku Tree set was officially retired on July 31, 2026. Those looking to purchase it now will likely have to turn to the resale market, where retired LEGO sets generally command significantly higher prices.

The Legend of Zelda also appeared in the LEGO Game Boy set released in October 2025. The $59.99 set included cartridges for Super Mario Land and The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening, along with screenshots that can be placed on the Game Boy display to make it look like the games are running.
