A massive update for the hero Kaja is in the works in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. Following the successful Eudora revamp, the developers decided to radically change Kaja's mechanics: from a single-target-focused hero, he is transforming into a real threat with powerful area of effect crowd control. According to data from the Advanced Server, the revamped character will be able to drag entire enemy squads and will gain a unique ability to fly through walls for safe retreats or initiations.
The main focus of the update is on increasing the hero's survivability and his utility in massive team fights. His skill set has been completely overhauled.
Revamped Kaja Skills:
Passive (Wings of Lightning): All skills cast by Kaja inflict a Paralysis effect on enemies, briefly slowing them down and reducing their damage output. From the Advanced Server data, it is currently unclear whether this effect will stack up to six times like in the previous version.
Skill 1 (Ring of Order): The expanding ring mechanic has been kept, but its effect has been drastically changed. The skill now heals Kaja based on the number of enemies hit (subsequent hits heal slightly less). The previous function of revealing enemies in bushes has been removed.
Skill 2 (Soaring Wings): A completely new mechanic that replaced Lightning Bomb. Kaja dashes to a designated area, gaining CC immunity during the movement. Upon arrival, he deals damage, knocks back, and briefly stuns enemies. After this, the hero enters a "Soaring" state: he gains the ability to pass through obstacles and increased movement speed, although his basic attack range is reduced. Hitting heroes or jungle creeps extends the duration of this state.
Ultimate (Divine Binding): A significant upgrade to the legendary lasso. The Ultimate has turned into an AoE skill that allows him to drag all enemies within the area of effect. With the right timing, Kaja is now capable of pulling the entire enemy team straight to his allies.
The official release of the revamped Kaja on the regular MLBB servers is scheduled for August 5. Until then, players have the opportunity to test his visual and gameplay changes on the Advanced Server. However, it is worth remembering that game progress and unlocked skins from the test server do not carry over to the main server.
